Order Policy
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, refund requests will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Methods
Customers may pay via FPS, PayMe, or AlipayHK. After payment, please upload your payment receipt via email, WhatsApp, or our website system, and include your order number and contact number for verification and processing.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment. If stock is limited or order volume is high, processing may take 5–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on logistics arrangements. If there are significant delays, please feel free to contact us . We’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping Fees
Hong Kong: Orders are shipped via SF Express, with delivery available to commercial/residential addresses, SF stations, and SF lockers.
Reference local shipping fee: HK$30 (cash on delivery)
Hong Kong free shipping for orders over HK$800 , Macau free shipping for orders over HK$1000
If the order does not meet the minimum requirement for free shipping, shipping fees will be paid by the customer upon collection

SF Express Notification Update (Effective April 2025)
Starting mid-April 2025, SF Express Hong Kong will send pickup notifications exclusively via the official “SFHK APP.” We recommend downloading and enabling notifications on the app to stay updated and avoid late pickup penalties.
What if my product arrives damaged?
All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. If your product is damaged due to non-human factors, please email photos of the damaged item to info@aromaflows.com within 36 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation and cover the related shipping costs.
Product Usage Guidelines
Before use, we recommend performing a patch test on the inner arm. If any irritation or discomfort occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult your family doctor. Unless otherwise stated on the label, products should not be applied to wounds or around the eyes. Some individuals may be sensitive to certain natural ingredients, please read the product label carefully or contact us for more information. Pregnant women, children, and individuals with medical conditions should consult product instructions or a doctor before use.

Can sensitive skin use Aroma flows products?
Our products are formulated with natural ingredients, free from artificial fragrances, mineral oils, and other chemical additives. They are carefully blended by certified aromatherapists and are generally safe to use. However, since everyone’s skin and body are different, we recommend doing a patch test before full application. If you have any concerns, please reach out, we’re happy to help.
Why does the same product look different than before?
Because our products use plant extracts, the scent, color, and texture may vary depending on the natural environment and harvest conditions. This is completely normal.
